Discreet Shipping - There will be nothing in or on the package to indicate where it came from or what it contains. Shipments usually leave our warehouse in 2-4 business days. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and we will happily replace any defective product. Snags, fading, shrinkage, or tears are NOT manufacturing defects. We will accept undamaged returns for store credit if the tags have not been removed within 10 days of delivery date. Email us to get a return authorization number and be sure to include it on the outside of the shipping package as we do not accept packages we cannot identify. We do not offer refunds. Additional shipping charges apply on exchanges (except as a result of manufacturing defects) Upon receipt of the item, please immediately try it on (without removing the tags) and be certain that it fits. Heath regulations require that we cannot accept items which , in our sole opinion, are worn, soiled, damaged, or have been laundered. We also reserve the right to reject the return of any item upon inspection for any reason.
