If you chose WAIST, Measure around the smallest part of your waist above your hip bone. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure from the top of where you wear the waistband to the desired length of the skirt.

Fabric 4005. Shiny Black Rubber/Leather Look. This fabric looks and feels like rubber or leather. This fabric is a black metallic foil bonded to a 4-way stretch spandex backing. Foil will separate from backing if worn too tight. Metallic will rub off if rubbed excessively.
Hand wash inside out in cold water, line dry. Do not iron. Do not expose to bleach or chlorine.
