Legging Measurements:
Measure from just underneath the ankle bone, straight up the leg to desired top of leg.
Measure all the way around the ankle at the ankle bone. Our standard ankle measurement is 8". Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure all the way around the uppermost, largest part of your thigh. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure around the kneecap. With this measurement you can have tight legs or looser legs. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure all the way around the calf of the legs. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Glove Measurements:
Measure from middle knuckle of the middle finger, up to the desired top of the gloves.
Measure all the way around the wrist. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure all the way around the forearm where you want the gloves to stop.

Headband Measurements:

Measure all the way around the forehead, all the way around your head. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Bodysuit Measurements:

Measure all the way around the neck opening.

Measure from arm seam across the back to the other arm seam.
Measure around the largest part of the chest. Do NOT use your bra size for this measurement. If you are wearing a bra with this garment, measure with the bra on. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure underneath the breasts around the ribcage. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure around the smallest part of your waist above your hip bone. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure around the largest part of your hip (butt). Do NOT use your jean size for this measurement. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure from shoulder seam to desired end of the hem of the sleeve, or choose sleeveless if you don't want sleeves. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
If you want tight sleeves, measure all the way around the bicep (do NOT flex the muscle!). Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure from the center of the crotch between the legs, diagonally up to the top of the shoulder where the arm bone connects to the collar bone. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.
Measure from the center of the Crotch in the front to the desired top of the leg hole, usually just above your hip bone.
Measure from the center of the Crotch up the rear (t-back thong style) to the desired top of the leg hole, usually just above your hip bone.
Measure from the seam underneath the arm pit on the side to the desired top of the leg hole, usually just above your hip bone.

Looks like Green aluminum foil but is stretchy! Will deliminate if worn too tight or rubbed excessively.
Hand wash, cold water, line dry. No heat, no bleach.
