We know how difficult it is to buy clothing off the internet. This site is NOT typical. The pictures on this site are SAMPLES of what we offer. Because we CUSTOM MAKE everything you order, we can't possibly have a picture of every variation. This site was created for people who are hard to fit, or have imagined themselves in clothing you can't find in the store. Most pages have FREE Custom choices. You may see a picture of, say, red vinyl tights, but you want them in metallic. You can do that here. You can change the length, add zippers, choose your fabric, give us your measurements for a better fit. If you have any questions, you can call us or e-mail us. Our purpose? We want you to be SATISFIED!

Discreet Shipping - There will be nothing on the package to indicate what it contains. We use United States Postal Service packaging. Because we CUSTOM MAKE your order when you place it, Suzi Fox brand shipments usually leave our shop in 4 working days if the fabric is in stock, or 9 days if the fabric is not in stock. We will e-mail your tracking number. Purchases might be shipped in separate packages. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and we will happily replace any defective product. Snags, fading, shrinkage, or tears are NOT manufacturing defects. We will accept undamaged returns for store credit if the tags have not been removed within 10 days of delivery date. Email us to get a return authorization number and be sure to include it on the outside of the shipping package as we do not accept packages we cannot identify. We do not offer refunds. Additional shipping charges apply on exchanges (except as a result of manufacturing defects). Upon receipt of the item, please immediately try it on (without removing the tags AND with undergarments on) and be certain that it fits. Health regulations require that we cannot accept items which, in our sole opinion, are worn, soiled, damaged, stretched, smell like smoke, cologne, perfumes, or animals, or have been laundered. We also reserve the right to reject the return of any item upon inspection for any reason.
