Because we CUSTOM MAKE your order when you place it, Suzi Fox brand shipments usually leave our shop in 4 working days if the fabric is in stock, or 9 days if the fabric is not in stock. We will e-mail your tracking number. Purchases might be shipped in separate packages. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and we will happily replace any defective product. Snags, fading, shrinkage, or tears are NOT manufacturing defects. We will accept undamaged returns for store credit if the tags have not been removed within 10 days of delivery date. Email us to get a return authorization number and be sure to include it on the outside of the shipping package as we do not accept packages we cannot identify. We do not offer refunds. Additional shipping charges apply on exchanges (except as a result of manufacturing defects). Upon receipt of the item, please immediately try it on (without removing the tags AND with undergarments on) and be certain that it fits. Health regulations require that we cannot accept items which, in our sole opinion, are worn, soiled, damaged, stretched, smell like smoke, cologne, perfumes, or animals, or have been laundered.
