Measure all the way around your hip where you want the waistband to sit, usually covering the hip bone. This is NOT your jeans size!

Optional lining in the inside front pouch (no charge).
Measure the desired cup size of the pouch (the outward curve), starting from the body and measuring straight out the front. Standard pouch cup size is 2 inches.

Looks like gold colored aluminum foil but is stretchy! Will deliminate if worn too tight or rubbed excessively.
