Measure all the way around your hip where you want the waistband to sit, usually covering the hip bone. This is NOT your jeans size!

Optional lining in the inside front pouch (no charge).
Measure the desired cup size of the pouch (the outward curve), starting from the body and measuring straight out the front. Standard pouch cup size is 2 inches.

Discreet Shipping - There will be nothing on the package to indicate what it contains. We use United States Postal Service packaging.
