Measure around the largest part of the chest.

Measure from arm seam across the back to the other arm seam.

Measure around the center of the hip bone.

Measure all the way around the neck opening.

Measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem of the shirt. Standard for sizes XXS-Large is 24". Standard for sizes XL-XXL is 27" long.
