Choose a 36" (goes from neck to crotch but NOT around), 48" (standard) or 54" zipper and choose the color of the zipper you want. Measure from the Adam's apple (top of the collar), through the legs, up the butt, to the height you want the zipper.

After you click the "Add to Cart" button, you may use the Custom Sizing Options below (no extra charge).

Custom Sizing Options (Free!) There are NO RETURNS on custom garments, so MEASURE CAREFULLY. After you "Add to Cart," you may use the following for Custom Sizing (no extra charge). It is best to have someone else measure you. We will come as close to your measurements as the pattern will allow:
Measure from center of the Crotch to desired bottom of pant leg.
Measure around the smallest part of your waist above your hip bone.
Measure around the largest part of your hip (butt). Do NOT use your jean size for this measurement.
Measure around the largest part of the chest.
Choose Tight Ankle, Jean Cut (12 inches (30.5 cm) around), Boot Cut (18 inches (45.7 cm) around), Bellbottom (22 inches (55.9 cm) around); or 2 inches (5.1 cm) or 4 inches (10.2 cm) short legs (Romper Style).
If you have chosen "Tight Ankle", measure all the way around the ankle at the ankle bone.
Measure from shoulder seam to desired end of the hem of the sleeve, or choose sleeveless if you don't want sleeves.
If you want tight sleeves, measure all the way around the bicep (do NOT flex the muscle!).
If you want tight sleeves, measure all the way around the wrist.

Measure from the center of the crotch between the legs, diagonally up to the top of the shoulder where the arm bone connects to the collar bone. NOTE: A CATSUIT CAN NOT BE ALTERED IF YOU GET THIS WRONG. MEASURE CAREFULLY. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Measure all the way around the uppermost, largest part of your thigh. Click here to see a picture of how to measure this.

Ankle Zippers are an 8 inch (20.3 cm) zipper. You can choose the zipper style and color. You can also choose if you want the zipper on the outside or the inside of the leg. Ankle zippers placed on the OUTSIDE will NOT be invisible because there is no seam on the outside. Ankle zippers placed on the INSIDE can be invisible, because there is a seam on the inside.This zipper can be most colors of invisible, metal, brass on black or aluminum/silver on black. Ankle zippers are an additional $21.00 for both.

80% Nylon,
20% Spandex,
Polyurethane coated. Very glossy! This fabric is very tight, 4-way stretch with about a 2" stretch. Vinyl will separate from backing if worn too tight or if rubbed excessively. Hand wash inside out in cold water, line dry. Do not iron. Do not expose to bleach or chlorine.
