Measure the desired length of the pouch, starting from the body and measuring straight out the front, to the tip of the flaccid penis. The fabric will stretch if needed. Minimum pouch size to get the "thruster" effect is 3 inches (7.6 cm).

We know this is difficult (and maybe embarrassing) to measure. We want to make sure that the tip of the pouch is big around enough so the head of your penis can fit in the very tip of the pouch. Our standard "tip circumference" is 4 inches (10.2 cm) around the tip (outside end) of the pouch. If you do not answer this question, we will assume 4 inch (10.2 cm) circumference.

Measure from center of the Crotch to Desired Bottom of Pant Leg

Measure around the smallest part of your waist above your hip bone.

Measure around the largest part of your hip (butt).
Measure from the center of the Crotch the desired top of the front of the pants
Measure from the center of the Crotch to the desired top of back of pants
Choose Tight Ankle, Jean Cut (12 inches around) (30.5 cm), Boot Cut (18 inches around) (45.7 cm), or Bellbottom (22 inches around) (55.9 cm)
If you have chosen "Tight Ankle", measure all the way around the ankle at the ankle bone.

Ankle Zippers are an 8 inch (20.3 cm) zipper. You can choose the zipper style and color. You can also choose if you want the zipper on the outside or the inside of the leg. Ankle zippers placed on the OUTSIDE will NOT be invisible because there is no seam on the outside. Ankle zippers placed on the INSIDE can be invisible, because there is a seam on the inside. This zipper can be most colors of invisible, metal, brass on black or aluminum/silver on black. Ankle zippers are an additional $21.00 for both.

Four Way Stretch.
80% Nylon,
20% Spandex,
Polyurethane coated. Very glossy! This fabric is very tight, 4-way stretch with about a 2" stretch. It will hide minor cellulite and hold in small love handles. Vinyl will separate from backing if worn too tight or if rubbed excessively. If you like PVC, you will LOVE this fabric! It's also a great alternative to latex. Hand wash inside out in cold water, line dry. Do not iron. Do not expose to bleach or chlorine.
